This is a mellow paced bike ride intended to introduce beginners to the joys of trail riding in Golden Gate Park and give more seasoned riders a chance to polish their technique.

Meet at the shop, 7:00 p.m
This is an intermediate ride in Sutro, Twin Peaks, Mt Davidson areas. Bright lights are crucial, a helmet-mounted light is recommended.
