Bicycle Intake Policy
All bicycles must be evaluated in-house before we can make a service appointment.
Evaluations are free and only take a few minutes.
After the evaluation you may either:
- Leave your bike with us until work is completed.
- Bring your bike back for the date of scheduled work (in this case we ask for a $20 deposit).
With any tune-up we ask for a $20 parts and $20 labor allowance to cover any unforeseen issues. If an issue arises that exceeds these allowances, we will contact you before proceeding.
We have limited storage capacity and are not responsible for property left more than 30 days after notification that work is completed.
Flat Fixes
We’ll fix your flat tire while you wait, no appointment required. A basic flat fix (tube + labor) is $20, with a $4 surcharge for wheels with internally geared hub or coaster brake.
